In preparation for a pivotal launch, Microsoft was looking for a way to promote the arrival of SQL Server 2005. GLG responded with a multitiered campaign centered around a print piece designed to inspire product awareness and adoption. From its inception, the piece grabbed attention with its truly record-setting use of foil and embossing. With many awards in hand—including top honors from the International Gallery of Superb Printing, ahead of more than 2,100 other submissions—this design is truly a testament to the power of print.
