How Can Students Learn Remotely When They Can’t Afford A Computer?

When Rod Gramer, president and CEO of Idaho Business for Education (IBE), sparked an initiative this spring to collect and donate computers for remote Idaho students so they could finish out the school year, little did he know how many students needed help and how lengthy the effort would be. With help from state business leaders and a brand campaign from GLG, the Close the Divide initiative has collected over 3,000 computers and raised over $500,000 to support Idaho students and their virtual learning.
